Operatives
: If you’re on staff or in the field for a campaign, working at a campaign consulting shop, or working independently as a political consultant, then you’re what we think of as an operative.

Vendor: You work for a company that sells products or services to the political campaign industry. For example: If you work for an ad tech platform, a data vendor, or a text messaging platform, you are a vendor.

If you are unsure whether you are a non-profit, Operative or a Vendor, please email us at digitalcampaignsummit@campaignsandelections.com. Please note that C&E’s determination is final.

If you buy a more expensive ticket than you are entitled to (e.g. you are an Operative who buys a Vendor ticket) we will refund you the difference between the price you are entitled to and the price you paid.

If you purchase a cheaper ticket than you are entitled to you will be given the option to pay the difference between that lower price and the price of the ticket you should have purchased. Be aware, though: no refund will be issued. Put more simply: don’t try to sneak in with a non-profit ticket when you clearly don’t qualify (we check every single ticket purchase). 🧐

If you are unsure whether you are a non-profit, Operative or a Vendor

please email us at digitalcampaignsummit@campaignsandelections.com . Please note that C&E’s determination is final.

Other than the Super Early Bird and Early Bird rates, the only discounts available are for non-profits and for Campaigns & Elections Community members, full-time students, and government employees. To inquire about these please email us using the contact form on this page.

There are three airports in the DC metro area – Reagan National (DCA), Dulles (IAD), and Baltimore-Washington (BWI). DCA and Dulles airports both have Metro stops. IAD has shuttles to Metro stops and BWI has a MARC train to Metro stops.

We’re relaxed. There’s no formal dress code, but most attendees tend to go business casual.

Members of the press who wish to request credentials should email Shane D’Aprile at sdaprile@campaignsandelections.com.
