Frequently Asked Questions
What are Operative & Vendor tickets?
Operatives: If you’re on staff or in the field for a campaign, working at a campaign consulting shop, or working independently as a political consultant, then you’re what we think of as an operative.
Vendor: You work for a company that sells products or services to the political campaign industry. For example: If you work for an ad tech platform, a data vendor, or a text messaging platform, you are a vendor.
If you are unsure whether you are an Operative or a Vendor, please email us at digitalcampaignsummit@campaignsandelections.com. Please note that C&E’s determination is final.
What happens if I buy the wrong type of ticket?
If you are an operative who buys a vendor ticket by mistake we will refund the difference between the two. If you are a vendor who buys an operative ticket you will have to pay the difference between price of the ticket you purchased and the prevailing vendor ticket price.
If you are unsure whether you are an Operative or a Vendor, please email us at digitalcampaignsummit@campaignsandelections.com . Please note that C&E’s determination is final.
