About Adrienne Cooper
Adrienne joined Pivot in early 2019 after over three years at the Environmental Defense Fund where she served as the Director of Defend Our Future, a multi-state campaign to engage young people on the fight against climate change and led the Political Affairs Department’s efforts to better engage the African American community. With 15 years’ experience, Adrienne has served throughout Democratic politics including roles as the Deputy Director for Voter Expansion at the Democratic National Committee, Congressional Relations Liaison at the Department of Housing and Urban Development during the Obama Administration and she was a member of the record-setting finance team of the 2008 Obama for America campaign. At Pivot, her clients have included the League of Conservation Voters Victory Fund (LCV VF), American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), Democratic Association of Secretaries of State (DASS) and Georgia House Democratic Caucus.
