About Nadia Garnett

Nadia Garnett is a Partner at Deliver Strategies direct mail and communication firm. She has almost two decades of political management experience working with elected officials, independent expenditures, non-profits, political campaigns, and progressive organizations at the local, state, and federal levels.  In 2023, she was a part of the direct mail team that helped the elect the first woman and first African American woman mayor of Philadelphia and reelect Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear.  Nadia has produced winning direct mail for clients, including Senator Ed Markey, Senator John Hickenlooper, Senator Raphael Warnock, Congresswoman Jahana Hayes (CT-05), Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley (MA-07), as well as the NAACP, National Domestic Workers Alliance, North Carolina Senate Democratic Caucus, Oprah Winfrey Network, Women Vote!, and many more.

Prior to joining Deliver Strategies, Nadia served as the lead strategist for Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms and the National African American Vote Director at Hillary for America. Nadia currently serves as the lead trainer for the Congressional Black Caucus Institute’s Political Bootcamp.

Nadia has served as the Lead Trainer for the Congressional Black Caucus Institute Political and Advocacy Training and Political Bootcamp.  In 2016, Nadia served as the National African American Vote Director for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.  She advised the campaign on the best national strategy to engage and turn out black voters. Nadia has also served in senior positions at the Center for Community Change (CCC)/Center for Community Change Action (CCCA), Brilliant Corners Research & Strategies, EMILY’s List, the Democratic National Committee (DNC), the White House and countless other political and public affairs campaigns.
